i had so much fun with sara and nick! i can’t wait to meet sweet baby sadie in may, and see their hearts expand even more. they could not have been more fun to photograph! they were residents of old town alexandria for a few years so they knew their way around well and had a few meaningful spots they wanted to hit. i walk in circles when i’m there, surrounded by inspiration, so i loved being able to tag along and stop when something drew us in. it was hard narrowing the photos down for a blog post, but i did my best! here are a few of my favs.

it was so great meeting this family. i get to photograph their home birth in february and i could not be more excited. i loved seeing liam’s curiosity about his mom’s belly and seeing him become a big brother is going to be so special. i had so much fun with you guys. see you soon!

i am abnormally excited for the birth of this little boy. partially because i love this woman a LOT and also because… i get to be there!! i honestly can’t wait. it was so fun spending some time with juli and andy and feeling how ready they are to meet their son. their affection and love for one another is ridiculously sweet and i can’t wait to see their love expand in just a couple short weeks. here are a few of my favorite moments from our evening together. love you! see you soon!
